General Usage

The unit is splashproof to IP44 standard. The Gordon heated towel rail is designed to provide year-round service for airing towels and articles of clothing. It is not intended to provide a sole heating service but will take the chill off a small size bathroom, lavatory or en suite. No routine maintenance is necessary apart from occasional cleaning.

Maintenance 101

Good Airflow

Good airflow is essential for efficient drying. Gordon functions best when no more than two layers of towels or clothing are draped over each fin, and air is allowed to vent freely. Items should be placed evenly over the whole surface of the fins where possible.

After your towels are dry Gordon acts as a great storage solution until your next shower or bath. Don't leave wet towels or clothes on the towel rail when the towel rail is off.
